Main Player Upgrades
We are going to be doing Stick in Rink style.
So you have +6 MPU points. You can super stack someone and give them +3 or +4 (+4 is absolute max)
You are in charge of selecting who you want to upgrade.
Minor Player Upgrades
- Under 30 years old (so 29 and 364 days old MAX).
- Maximum rating of 82 overall for players and goalies. (Meaning players must be 29, and 81 OA to be eligable for upgrade.)
- Maximum games played in the NHL in the previous season is 40, and goalies a max of 40 games as a backup.
(Playoff games are not included.)
- +6 points to use.
- Any player rated below 74 OA can get an auto boost and get to 76, using just +2 of your points. So a 69 would become a 76, and
you'd still have the rest of your points to spend on that player or any other minor league player.
- You are allowed a minimum of 1 player and max of 3.
Goalie Player Upgrades
Maximum of 80 overall to be eligible, and upgraded to 82 overall. They must be 29 years old or younger. Goalies 73 and under (excluding drafted goalies) get a goalie super-boost to 76 overall.
Every team gets +2 GPU.
You cannot MLU a goalie in the same season they were GPU'd. However, you may use an MPU after you GPU that goalie.
