Seriously, do you guys want a league of 95-99 OVR? Should we cap it? Limit it at like 93 OVR? Thoughts???

I'm on the fence on this. Really theres not much of a difference between a 99 and a 93 (cough Stamkos) so if teams want to do that, its their choice
