This would be the price irl, I think it benefits both teams when you look at what leafs D will be like with him

Yah, I'm gonna have to reject here too guys... experienced or not, that's WAY too much for Letang, if he was over 90, maybe, but not as it sits right now. It doesn't matter to me how large his cap is.
Rejected.

That stupid... This is a "hockey deal" as GMs would say, where one team gives up depth and prospects for one of the top players. His D is really good but lacking star power. This works out well for both of us and we are both experienced so why reject?

To be fair, Gorges and Hamonic aren't really depth, but top D-men

i still think that with this is fair when getting one of the best D in the league. ok maybe not "fair" but the asking price on letang is obviously going to be high and there is a certain amount a team would have to give up. just like IRL

i think its fair, just cuz certain players have a high price. If both GM's are experienced and know what they're doing, I usually will just leave it to them to decide their trades.
As mods I think we're here to prevent cheating and to help inexperienced GM's made fair trades. When both GM's are experienced as Leafs and Pens, I trust they know what they are doing
