I'm not a mod but I say take out the thirds, because it shouldn't be duchene +2 and a first it's basically like making him the same OA when we're considering duchene cap is much less and the fact that he's youngers by 5 years

IMO it's fine. The 3rd just makes a 73 rookie into a 74. That being said. I don't a 74 rookie + Duchene is enough for Malkin. Reject for me.
