Hey guys,
I took the liberty of adding in about 3-5 avatars for every single team from their current logo, to alternate logo, to classic logo or modified logo. All these can be accessed as follows:
Click on Profile -> Edit Profile -> Highlight Use a Forum Avatar -> Click on "Pick One"
and there you go!
All these avatars are PNG which means they will look very nice on the boards, and are high quality.
