To Boston LW Andrew Ladd PWF 87 $4.4M UFA 2016 (29) D Jacob Trouba TWD 85 $1.827M RFA 2016 (21) G Michael Hutchinson HYB 81 $0.575M RFA 2016 (25)
To Winnipeg LW Milan Lucic PWF 88 $6.0M UFA 2016 (27) D Torey Krug OFD 82 $2.75M UFA 2018 (24) G Malcolm Subban HYB 83 $1.463M RFA 2017 (21)
I Accept.
Bruins gain a young defenseman in Trouba to pair with Hamilton for the next 10 seasons. Subban is blocked by Rask, no chance of developing into a starter in Boston. Ladd and Lucic are almost a wash. Also free up $3.411M in cap, so no need to move Chara/Krejci if they don't want.

I know it seems a little ugly. But Boston wasn't ever gonna have subban be their starter, so they utilized him to get a young, top defenseman that will take over for Chara once he retires. They lose Lucic, but gain an equally effective Ladd back. Plus they lose cap. accepts
