Both will waive ONLY if their teams respect their NTCs for the rest of their contracts. Byfuglien's sick and tired of being moved around, and now that he's home, he wants to stay home, and Suters a fuckin all star who wants to stay in Cali for the rest of his career.

If Byfuglien's traded again within this season or next he will refuse to report to his new team. Suters a bit less of a hot head, but he wouldn't be happy.
