Ales Hemsky loved playing in Tampa but realizes that with a new GM comes a new team.
Tampa Bay Lightning: "Got another deal worked out with Devils to move Hemsky. As I mentioned to you last time, Hemsky was acquired by our old gm and doesn't fit in with the team we are building. We are against the cap and don't even have enough players to fill out the roster. Moving Hemsky gives us the flexibility we need. We appreciate everything he has contributed and wish him the best in New Jersey. "
Hemsky thanks him for giving him a real boost and dealing with the situation very proffesionally. He waives.
